Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions Please remember, our terms and conditions are created for the Safety of our passengers, employees, others and equipment. By making your reservation with Royal Chauffeurs, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: Reservation Method Reservations may be booked online or by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year via our number (787) 553-9496 or online at www.limospr.com. We can also provide you with a car at a short notice by phone upon availability. All reservations confirmed via email are guaranteed pick-up, however we cannot guarantee you availability when you call with a short time notice. Reservations made on www.limospr.com are not guaranteed until you have received a confirmation from Royal Chauffeurs, Inc. Changes or cancellations less than 24 hours must be made by phone. DO NOT email changes or cancellations. It is recommended that we have a cell number of traveling passenger(s). A valid credit card is required when booking a reservation. For your convenience Royal Chauffeurs accepts MasterCard, Visa, PayPal or cash. All charges are billed to the client’s credit card unless other billing arrangements have been made. Deposits A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservations. Deposit ere non-refundable. A credit card authorization form is required when reservations are accepted. Cancellation Policy A Cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost including gratuity will be charged for any Sedan and SUVs cancellation that is made less than twelve (12) hours before the scheduled pick up time. Royal Chauffeurs is not responsible for passenger flights, which are missed, cancelled, diverted, and delayed or any other incident that results in failure to comply with the required cancellation policy. We will exact our best effort to fulfill our client's needs, in these instances, subject to wait time fees or late cancellations and re-bookings, without detriment to other reserved clients. Airport Arrivals We constantly monitor and update flight arrival information. There will be no waiting charges for the first 45 minutes after the touchdown of all domestic flights, or for the first 75 minutes after touchdown of all international flights. Any additional waiting time is subject to the “Waiting Time” fees explained below. Waiting Time Charges Airport waiting time is defined as the length of time that elapses between the actual landing time and a passenger getting into their reserved vehicle. After a five (45) minute grace period on all domestic trips (75) on international flights, there is a $1.00 per minute charge while your chauffeur is waiting. Non-Airport: There will be no charge for waiting time for the first 15 minutes. Any additional waiting time is billed at $1.00 per minute. No Show Policy If a client fails to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location, he or she will be charged the full trip amount plus gratuity. If Client is unable to locate Client’s Chauffeur for any reason, Client should immediately contact the Company at either 787-553-9496 or 787-997-7373, 24 hours a day/ seven days a week. Our Dispatch Offices will be able to locate the Chauffeur immediately and facilitate a meeting point. “No Show” charges will apply in the event the Client fails to call our office before leaving the scheduled pickup location. This charge also applies if Client fails to cancel the reservation and the Chauffeur is dispatched. No Shows charges are billed at the respective minimums for each market and specified vehicle type. Rates Rates, terms, & conditions are subject to change without prior notification. Special rates, extended minimums and alternate cancellation policies may apply on special event days. Tolls and parking charges are additional. All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate. Baggage and Other Property Transported The Company does not assume any responsibility whatsoever for the handling or maintenance of any baggage, parcels or other property. Baggage and all other personal property will be handled only at Client’s own risk. Client’s baggage shall be carried subject to the available accommodations. Personal Belongings We are not responsible for articles lost, stolen, damaged, or left in our vehicles. You expressly waive any and all notice from Royal Chauffeurs regarding any lost, stolen, damaged or belongings left in our vehicles, or the disposal of same. Please check for your belongings before leaving the vehicle. Objectionable Persons The Company reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of intoxication liquor or drugs, or who are, or are likely to become objectionable to other persons or if the Chauffeur feels threatened in any way. Conduct of Passengers Client shall not interfere with the Chauffeur in the discharge of his/her duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle. Prohibition of Weapons, Explosives, Oxygen, Pets, Livestock and Other Dangerous or Unusual Cargo Weapons of any type, including firearms, are strictly forbidden on any Equipment (whether in baggage or on the person) at any time. Transportation of explosives, fireworks and other flammable, combustible, toxic or otherwise dangerous material or items or pets or livestock of any kind are also strictly forbidden, even if intended to be transported in the baggage compartment of the vehicle. If previously approved by the Company, oxygen for medical use is permitted, but is so used at the sole responsibility of the Client. Unusual Cleaning If, during or after the transportation service, the Company is required to expend a greater than normal amount of time and material clean the vehicle due to acts of the Client, the Company, at its option, may charge Client additional fees to cover such additional time and materials. Other charges will apply for damaged vehicle such as: broken glassware, electronic equipment, carpets, bars, lights, seats, etc. There will be non negotiable charge of $500 for vomiting inside the vehicle. Smoking is not allowed in any Royal Chauffeurs vehicle. Drug Use Prohibited Law prohibits drug use. Any use shall result in termination of the transportation and a charge for the full quoted price and other occurring charges Damages The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to our vehicle, caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A damage fee of $250.00 will be charged if the client or any member of their party causes any damage to the vehicle, interior or exterior, electronic equipments, etc. In addition to the $250.00 damage fee, the client will be charged the actual cost of repair or replacement of any damaged parts and materials and will be responsible for vehicles down time at the rate of $250 per day during the repair. The repair or replacement of any damaged items shall be at the sole discretion of Royal Chauffeurs. All rates are subject to change without notice.
